VACATIONS OR EXTENDED ABSENCES

If you will be missing class for any reason, please notify your school or your instructor.  Time you miss for vacations or extended absences, if the school is notified in advance, will be added to your program so that you will not lose it.  PAYMENTS DURING THIS TIME SHOULD CONTINUE AS USUAL, as the time missed will be added to your enrollment date.

Excused absences are limited to 2 weeks per year with advance written notice to the school.  In the case of absences that are a direct result of illness or injury, please notify the school as soon as possible so special arrangements can be made.  Excused absence determination is always subject to approval by the school and/or instructor.

Reasons for excused absences DO NOT extend to disciplinary actions given by parents or guardians.  Our program is designed to help aid parents with a child’s behavior.  Our programs cannot work properly when parents pull a child from class as punishment.
